2.5 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have previously submitted a self-exclusion request to je7770 are not permitted to open a new account for the duration of their exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering under a different name or payment method is a breach of these Terms.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. je7770 will treat any activity conducted using your login credentials as having been authorised by you, and the Platform accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. If you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify je7770 support immediately at [email protected]. je7770 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the Account during the investigation.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC). je7770 may require you to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary by the Platform. Verification documents may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or other official photo identification, together with proof of your payment method (e.g., screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. je7770 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive Account balances after providing reasonable notice. Any remaining balance after deduction of fees will be returned to the Player upon request.
3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting je7770 support. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. je7770 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). je7770 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. je7770 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods, and current minimums will always be displayed on the deposit page of the Platform.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's Account within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Processing times for card payments may vary. je7770 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment service provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. je7770 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player's Account must be fully verified; (b) any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must have been satisfied; (c) there must be no open investigation into the Account for suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or payment disputes.
4.6 Currency. All Account balances, transactions, bonuses, and displayed amounts on je7770 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). je7770 does not operate multi-currency accounts. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagers placed on certain game types (e.g., specific table game variants or low-margin bets) may not count, or may count at a reduced rate, towards wagering requirements.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. je7770 monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk, hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. je7770 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where bonus abuse is suspected.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account. je7770 is not obligated to provide notice before bonus expiry occurs.
5.5 Promotional Changes. je7770 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have accepted a promotion prior to its modification will be entitled to complete the original wagering requirement under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance, unless a material error in the promotion terms is identified.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the je7770 Platform is governed by the rules of that individual game, as provided by the relevant Game Provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game's interface.
6.2 Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market. In the event of match abandonment, postponement beyond 24 hours, or result dispute, je7770 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Player Accounts.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by je7770 at any time. Players with unusually high winning patterns may have their maximum bet limits reduced at je7770's discretion.
6.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or incorrect display of odds or game outcomes, je7770 reserves the right to void any bets affected by the error. Winnings paid in error will be reclaimed. je7770 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a system malfunction where the malfunction is clearly evident.
6.5 Void Bets. je7770 may void any bet at its sole discretion in circumstances including but not limited to: evidence of match-fixing or manipulation; use of prohibited software; discovery of a pricing error; or circumstances beyond je7770's reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the je7770 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the je7770 Platform — including but not limited to the je7770 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces (as provided under licence from Game Providers), and database compilations — is the property of je7770 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. 9.2 Cap on Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, je7770's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. je7770 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if je7770 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.4 Third-Party Games. Game outcomes are determined by the relevant Game Provider's certified random number generation systems. je7770 is not liable for game outcomes, errors within third-party game software, or disputes arising from the rules of a specific game title.
10.1 Commitment. je7770 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become harmful, and we actively provide tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.
10.2 Available Tools. 12.2 Termination by je7770. je7770 may suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) je7770 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) je7770 ceases to operate the Platform. On termination for breach, any balance attributable to Bonus Funds or funds associated with prohibited conduct may be forfeited.
12.3 Survival. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and data privacy shall survive termination of the Player's Account and these Terms & Conditions.
